In addition, our company is fully registered, licensed and insured with the Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario, and provides WSIB clearance certificates for all residential and commercial roofing projects we undertake. Before we commence your commercial or residential roofing installation, replacement or repair, you can also check WSIB’s E-Clearance for a copy of our clearance certificates (just ask us for our account number).

Shingles

Tops Roofing offers many quality Assurance styles & types of shingles for use in our residential & commercial roofing systems. Today, all shingles are fibreglass mat shingles, replacing the old organic type shingles. All fibreglass roofing shingles are available in standard 3-tab and laminate & architectural styles. Our fibreglass roofing shingles are produced by such trusted manufacturers as GAF, IKO and Certainteed. Our shingles are covered under a lifetime warranty of up to 50 years, non-pro-rated
